You can register your ID card as loyal customer card at the filling station, at Olerex Self-Service or in the mobile app.
You can join different bank cards with OLEREX PLUS loyalty programme in all Olerex service stations.
How soon after joining will Olerex loyalty programme take effect?
The Olerex loyalty programme will take effect immediately upon registration.
What do I earn virtual cash from?
In addition to immediate discounts, virtual cash is earned from fuel (excl. electricity), foodstuffs and catering (incl. hot beverages).
What can I pay for with virtual cash?
Earned virtual cash can be used to pay for products (excl. fuel, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products (incl. e-cigarettes, nicotine patches, e-liquids)) and services at Olerex petrol station shops.
In one transaction, up to 50% of the transaction value can be paid for in virtual cash. Virtual cash cannot be withdrawn in cash.
Do I have to do anything specific to earn loyalty programme virtual cash, or does virtual cash accumulate automatically?
You do not have to do anything specific to earn virtual cash and it accumulates on your loyal customer account automatically.
How do I leave the loyalty programme?
You can leave the loyalty programme by logging into Olerex self-service.
Where can I see the balance of my virtual cash account?
You can conveniently keep an eye on your virtual cash account balance in the Olerex mobile app and self-service.
What discounts do I get when paying for fuel and goods?
The following discounts are applied when paying for fuel, goods and services:
- Fuel discount – As loyal customer of Olerex, you are always guaranteed a price gain of 2.6 cents per litre of fuel + 3% virtual cash of the transaction value to your loyal customer account.
- Catering – When purchasing hot food of your choice from Olerex service stations, 3% virtual cash of the transaction value to your loyal customer account.
- Groceries – When purchasing groceries of your choice from Olerex service stations, you will get 3% virtual cash of the transaction value to your loyal customer account.
- Hot beverages – When purchasing a hot beverage of your choice from Olerex service stations, you will get 3% virtual cash of the transaction value to your loyal customer account.
- Car wash -15% – As loyal customer of Olerex, you will get basic car wash programs and additional services with a discount of 15%.
- Trailer rental -10% – As loyal customer of Olerex, you can rent trailers with a discount of 10%.
How can I use virtual cash?
You can use virtual cash to pay for up to 50% of the transaction value. You cannot use it to pay for fuel.
Can I use both virtual cash and ID credit for payment?
No, you cannot.
Can virtual cash be withdrawn in cash?
No, it cannot.
Does virtual cash expire?
Yes, virtual cash earned during the year must be used before the end of January next year.
Do I earn virtual cash when purchasing from the online store?
If the customer has logged into the online store and identified themselves with an ID card, virtual cash accumulates on the loyal customer account when purchasing from the online store.
Can I use virtual cash to pay when purchasing from the online store?
Yes, if the customer identifies themselves before paying for the purchase.
Do members of the virtual family earn virtual cash as part of the loyalty programme?
Members of the virtual family do not earn virtual cash, but personal virtual family discounts apply. If an individual wishes to earn virtual cash and participate in the loyalty programme, they can leave the virtual family in Olerex self-service.
How do I log into the Olerex self-service platform?
You can log into Olerex self-service using an ID card, mobile-ID, Smart-ID, or bank link.

Privacy policy gives you information and helps you to understand why we ask you to provide us with your personal data and what we do with them, how long we store them, etc.

What do I need to do if I want to change or withdraw my consent for direct marketing?
You have the right to access and change your consents for direct marketing (sending information about special offers and campaigns, newsletters) at any time in the Olerex self-service portal at the address login.olerex.ee. If you are unable to log into the Olerex self-service portal, turn to your nearest Olerex service station to change your consents for direct marketing.
Can I continue to use virtual cash if I have requested my data to be deleted from the Olerex database?
If you have requested your data to be deleted, we will no longer be able to allow you to use virtual cash. You will also no longer receive discounts arising from the loyalty programme at Olerex service stations, the virtual cash you have accumulated will be deleted and can no longer be used.
